Kopi Golden Retrievers: Meet Nani

Nani, my lovely Golden Retriever, came to me in 2017 as an 8-week-old puppy. She was purchased to restart my Golden Retriever breeding program after a long break. Her pedigree is impressive, filled with multi-champions from well-known and respected bloodlines. I am grateful to my friend Phyllis Cox of Sunwind Golden Retrievers for entrusting us with this beautiful girl, who has truly become a wonderful addition to our family.

Although I am not currently active in showing in AKC conformation, Nani moves gracefully and I believe she could have earned her championship if I had pursued that path. Her strong fondness for balls means she will happily retrieve for hours (not kidding), and her constant smile and bubbly energy play a significant role in her delightful personality.

Nani's first litter was born in 2021, producing some amazing puppies, and she went on to have two more litters before being spayed. Now, she enjoys her retired life as a 'grandma' to our puppies. She proved to be a fantastic mom, and I am so proud of her.
